Working groups

Preparing students for success in team work in M.Sc. environment

Students' team work groups are formed with the assistance of our Psychologist. Core components of team work are taken into consideration, such as team and collaboration abilities, team leadership skills, mutual performance monitoring, backup behaviours, adaptability skills and team orientation abilities of the individuals involved. Furthermore, the Psychologist examines how these core components require supporting coordinating mechanisms (e.g., shared mental modes, closed-loop communication and mutual trust), to minimize any conflicts between the members of working groups and maximize efficiency.
